Resolved! Dissapearing text messages

My phone was texted by ee (150) which consisted of links to activate my add ons which i selected. But those texts have now vanished. Im unsure now what to do

Can’t call

Hello. Last couple of days i can’t or i can’t got any kind of call. I also try to contact 150&360 but i can’t it. How can i  solution  this problem…?

I sent a text and received a text back saying Message for, with identification 3E4005201C04EF61B64801000700E22F could not be delivered, because of error (code 093). What does this mean

Using my iPhone in the USA

My brother is in the USA and didn’t text ROAMING to 150 before he went.  Is there any way he can use his EE iPhone in the USA whilst he is there? It seems he can use WhatsApp, but the other functions on his phone don’t seem to be working. TIA to anyo...
