Unable to make calls from IPhone

I'm having the same issue - i upgraded on monday and have since been unable to make or receive any calls on both my new and old phone. Can't even call 150 on my new handset  but signal coverage is fine.

Did you upgrade in a retail shop or online/telesales?

Are you using your working SIM from your old phone?
