Old £5 pack

I am currently paying for an old £5 pack which gave 250MB, 250 mins, 500 texts and 11.5GB in boosts.If I let my credit go below £5 and have the plan pause temporarily, will I go back to this pack if I top up at least £5 again? TYIA 

Refund of top up

I lost my second phone during a move and have now found it but it’s been more than a year since used. I’ve topped up and then found out my sim has been deactivated. How can I get a refund?
