Didn’t top up right amount

So I topped up by £10 so then I come buy a pack then it topped up  £9 and took £9 pound out and there not a £9 pack I can buy so what should I do

Stop pack

I sent a message to 150 asking for STOP PACK. My request was accepted and after a few days the package was debited from my account! I want my money back.
