Add on purchase failing

I have topped up my pay as you go SIM with £20. I am trying to purchase a data add on with my top up balance, but I get an error when I confirm the payment and then a text message from 150 saying "IMPORTANT: you need £20.00 credit to buy this add-on. Please top up" even though I have £20 credit on my account. What is going wrong?

Have you tried texting ADD DATA to 150 & buying it from there?
