I have a £30 subscription pack. I have used up my data for the month, and it won't renew til the middle of next month. So I topped up with £30. Two hours later, it still says I have £30 in my account, but no data available.

@Polly30 : You still need to buy some data with that credit. Text ADD DATA to 150 & choose a data add-on.
Or you could rebuy your £30 pack & then text NOW to 150 to get it to start immediately.

Thank you! It would be much easier if I could just do this in the app, but it did work in the end.

You can probably do it in the app but I find texting from the device in question much easier.
