Wrong name

I have joined EE on my mobile as we use the broadband. My SIM is all connected but when I went to link the product on my app it said error code given name. I put my name instead of my husbands. How can I change this?

Did I ring a safe EE number?

I rang 0800 079 8586 to cancel a product.i am concerned after research that it may not have been a safe/legitimate EE number.can anyone confirm either way?

Payment issue
