Hi guysI’ve recently been asked by EE to update my payment info which is fine. I noticed I have some £340 credit though which seems huge. Can I use that or will the pack renew from that if I don’t add a payment method?Many thanks

Can someone please help. My ee perk account is deactivated “was not complete within the allowed time frame” it now won’t allow me to re register, change password and same message pops up. I’ve rang ee 3 times now and they apparently can’t help.
