Hi, It says 'no service' but coverage check is ok. Won't even dial 150.

Monthly. No order or upgrade.

EE mobile got merged with BT Fast Fibre several months ago. No issues since. 

There was an alert on settings but now I can't find it.

Join the club! An EE lady is on it... I think. The system is a bit glitchy. I got an email saying you posted and an option to reply, but it created an email full of gobbledegook.

 

I think I also created a duplicate thread 🙄

I don't know if someone did something, in which case thank you, but my wife just got back and said 'switch it off and then back on again'. Very IT crowd. Especially as it now works. 😊
