Unable to Make Calls but Texts Are Working

I'm struggling to find a straight answer as to my sons mobile won't make calls. It sends and receives texts but hangs up before calls.

I've never known a service so hard to speak to someone.  Had to wait 3 days to be told there are connection issues on my post code.  Yes I know this it won't make calls and I'm nearly two weeks in to his monthly bill with no access to anything.  Taking the money was pretty straight forward and worked first time though.

There's various possibilities for why your son's mobile may not make calls. To help narrow some potential causes down...

Has your son recently made any changes to his account or plan? When was he last able to make calls? Can your son receive calls? Is he in the UK or abroad? Does this affect calls to all numbers, or just particular ones?
