Hi ,I've also been trying for 2 days to get ee customer service and keep getting cut off, maybe its time to change network suppliers.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi Debbie,

Any suggestions for contacting EE if there is no network coverage? I can't text 150 (get the error there is no network coverage please try later) and I can't call the number cause there is no network coverage. 

The contact us page you have listed here only gives options that work if you can make use of the network?

Also the report a problem page doesn't work, it loops
