For about a month now my text messages arnt sending. Iv topped up i have unlimited messages. I can ring recieve calls and use the internet. I can recieve messages but mine don’t deliever it doesn’t say message not sent or anything they just don’t del...

Calls are not going through

No one can call me and I can't call anyone either. But my phone is always switched on and my account is topped up, the connection shows that there is a connection, texts also come. What could be wrong?

Same problem for me the above 0800 number doesn’t work either and EE chat bot is useless been trying 4 days now to get them to cal me on what’s app but no good. Got conned into paying £25 per phone to ensure it works too臘‍

Wi Fi Abroad in Spain

HiI'm going to Spain in September but the apartment has no wi fi and wondered if someone could tell me the best way to get it whilst away, ie do I have to have a  new international sim card and if so how is it billed?Thanks  

Phone call from EE is it a scam?

Received a phone call from 01942 901130based in Wigan, England. when looked up number. Has rang multiple of people and states this is not a verified number to EE. Offering deals and asking for account information  wondering if this is a scam.
