In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM.

@Garethgareth  If that number is on someone’s else’s account they need to call customer support to request a change of ownership and ideally you need to present as you have to accept that change of ownership.  You’ll be responsible for the bills of that line.
