Voicemail query- After I’ve heard the message and select option 4 to receive a text with the number of the person who left the message, I get a text that has no details.

Have you checked to see if multiple numbers are affected by this issue, or is it just the one number you've noticed it with.
Has this text feature worked correctly for you in the past, too?

This happens every time I select to receive the text, and has done for as long as I can remember.

Cheers @RoxRJM, what model of phone are you using right now?
Are you still able to listen to your messages and hear the number of the caller via the automated service?

It's been a while since I recall having a VM left by a withheld or unavailable number, but that's the behaviour I would expect from this scenario.
If caller-ID is available, then the text message notifications should come "from" that number. Are you saying that's not happening?
