Mobile data not working - bills all up to date

Hello please help!my mobile data isn’t working and it’s not a coverage issue, says there’s a problem with my account and to contact them but I’m all up to date with my bills in fact I’m in credit but £100

Cost of wifi calling from abroad

Hi,I am currently abroad (outside of the EU). Roaming and mobile data are switched off. Wifi calling is switched on and I am able to make calls. Can someone please tell me if I am paying for my calls? I read in this forum that wifi calling only works...
