Phone contract not what we’d agreed to when upgrading

Roaming bolt on not working

Currently cannot connect to foreign networks in Canada despite there being signal on partners EE bolt on sim, we both have the add on but don’t know how to fix the issue, unable to reach a human and the ROAM text to 150 won’t go through

Hi, Just something i seem to have noticed and wondering if anyone else has. When i try to login to 'EE WiFi hotspots' in the field it doesn't let ee mobile customers login? Is this the way it is supposed to be?
