Are you also having an issue with a higher than expected bill?
If you have access to your online account are you able to view the Bills and Payment section to view your bill and see what has made it higher?

I have been trying to contact EE for 3 days. Different times of day. I have already registered a complaint about extra charges so trying to follow up on that. Have sent text message - BILL and HELP. Nothing!

How and when did you raise your complaint? What happens when you try calling on 150 from your EE phone?
