Data/network not working

Hi, really hoping someone can help me as I’m getting so frustrated now with this issue! 
I have iPhone 14 5G unlimited calls, unlimited text and what was meant to be the best part… unlimited data!! HOWEVER every single time I come off any WIFI network or someone’s personal hotspot I have no connection to anything online even IMessage doesn’t work some of the time!! It’s driving me crazy the fact I have 5G unlimited data and still  nothing! I have tried all of the normal switching phone on and off, switching to airplane mode nothing! Also I have noticed a few time EE asking me to login or join EE WiFi but have to pay extra.

so please any advice greatly received

You speak of not having data but can you make calls & texts? In other words is it just a data problem or it really a network issue?

In addition, have you ever had access to mobile data on this phone in the past?

Yes I can still receive calls but sometimes iMessage won’t send either 

I believe in the very beginning 12/13 months ago when I very first started the contract it was working fine but I’ve definitely noticed getting worse and worse in the last 6 months or so. 

No, but can you make calls & send texts?

IMessage is not a call but uses data. So, it works sometimes?

Hi @Alikerby01 

There are a few things to check- 
Do you definitely have unlimited data? You can check this by texting AL to 150. 

Have you checked your phone settings that you have Mobile Data switched on? 
You can find it in Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options
or  Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options
