I recently got an iPhone 15 from an EE store. The guy asked me about data and we found a plan where it wouldn’t run out. Last month I spent over £80 on back up data because it ran out. I’m on a 2 year contract and can’t afford to do that every month....

No cell or data signal

I lost my cell and data signal on Friday and don’t know what to do. No one can call me as a message says my number doesn’t exist. I’ve updated my phone cleaned the sim etc but still nothing. It’s been days now and no one has come back to me. 

Lost mini WiFi data

All my 25gb of data has been used where would I find out in detail where the data was used, ie-  How much data used on each websites etc.

Mobile Data

I'm considering upgrading to Galaxy S24 pay monthly,  but I need only 5gb of data. The upgrade offer shows a minimum of 28gb data. Is 5gb data not available?

My internet is very bad

My internet is very bad right now, 24/09/2024, horrible, when the night comes my signal down to 4g, i’ve a ilimited plan and expansive, I want a good service EE

Hot spot

My phone hot spot connection will not work with FTP file transfer protocol since EE changed the IPv4 to 6 so they are forcing me to buy a Wi Fi dongle for my work 

I bought 100GB at a store but do not have access to it
