Hi, 

I have unlimited data at the moment, but trying to find out what I use on average a month without having to call again. Trying to see if I can lower my allowance to make my contract cheaper when I upgrade.

i’d like to know how much per month i use as an average not how much over 3 months as i’ve been on holiday a lot over this time, how do I find that?

If you're looking for an exact breakdown of your data usage each month, you can view this through the browser version of your online account.

Once logged in, make sure you have your number selected, then select Data left > Scroll to usage history, and this should give you the monthly figures for the last few months.
