I'm not sure if I am the only person having this issue currently. It's been many months/ nearly a year since I have tried to gift data like I would normally do before. Previously there were no issues at all and it was very simple to do on the app, but now I can't even find the option on the app to do so. I tried online on the website as well but when I click on the option it takes me to a completely different page and I struggle to go any further to give the data. I think I have called EE like 5 times now for the same issue and the response is always 'a slight glitch on the app'. I know this is a minor issue but it is slightly annoying to have to keep calling EE for the same issue?

Click on Manage on the one you want to gift data from, then click on Mobile and Sim, you should then how much you can gift data and who to.
