Hi, Just something i seem to have noticed and wondering if anyone else has. When i try to login to 'EE WiFi hotspots' in the field it doesn't let ee mobile customers login? Is this the way it is supposed to be?

Calls are not going through

No one can call me and I can't call anyone either. But my phone is always switched on and my account is topped up, the connection shows that there is a connection, texts also come. What could be wrong?

Same problem for me the above 0800 number doesn’t work either and EE chat bot is useless been trying 4 days now to get them to cal me on what’s app but no good. Got conned into paying £25 per phone to ensure it works too臘‍
