Not receiving text messages.

Just changed over to EE and I'm not receiving text messages, every thing else is working fine apart from that, any help from anyone please

Have you requested to transfer your number as part of this? If you did, what day did this change?

If you send a text message to your own number, do you receive it?

Can you receive calls?
