My Toshiba satellite laptop doesn't connect to my home broadband but all other devices are working.  Why?

I call EE yesterday and he set me up and account and ordered me broadband but I have no confirmation email or know any of the details to access this account - all I know is I paid £6.98 for delivery - what should I do?

Broadband Renewal Cost
