I now seem to have the landline working but when I call my own mobile it does not connect but looks like the mobile is engaged on another call and the mobile is not being used or showing any call coming in. Has anyone had similar

Hi @G1c2m3.
Welcome to the EE Community 😊
Have you had a chance to test other numbers to see if they have the same issue, or is it just your individual mobile that seems to be affected?
If you haven't already too, can you please try heading to http://192.168.1.254/, select your landline number, then make sure that it's showing the service is set up?

This morning i tested the connections between my landline and mobile before I proceeded to go through the last EE community advice from Peter, to log onto http://192.168.1.254/.
I was happy to find that the issue resolved with no further action required.
I am suspecting the fault was due to yesterdays issues across numerous providers and might have been coincidental to my upgrade for broadband and landline from BT to EE plan.
i did also plan a 35 mile round trip to the closest EE store today for 1 to 1 advise and was very pleased it had cleared saving me that trip.
