Port Forwarding Help

So I’m trying to get an open Nat in my Xbox Series X.

Trying to set up port forwarding, I’ve gone into the router page, to firewall named a new port forward rule Xbox.

In the external box I put 3074 to 3074 and the same in the internal. I select UDP or whatever one you’re supposed to set it at.

So far so good, but there are other ports to be forwarded, how do I get more boxes to add the other port numbers?

There’s a plus button, but that just allows me to set up a new rule, so how do I add more ports to forward? Some TCP (?) some UDP, some both.

It is the '+' button that stores your current rule & sets up for adding another rule that could well be for the same device but for diff ports.

Thanks.

I did wonder if that was the case, but when I named the rule Xbox again the box went red, so figured I was doing something wrong.

Maybe I need to name them Xbox 3074, Xbox 80 etc…?

It's not the rule name that should be kept the same but the device/IP Addy.

So if I add a new rule for each port and name them something different, so long as I select the Xbox from the drop down, it’ll apply them all to the Xbox each time it’s switched on, even if the assigned I.P address gets changed?

Yes, but you'll probably be more confident if you fix the IP of the xBox - "Always use this IP".

Notice if ports are consecutive they can be stuck in same rule.
