Hi, I signed up for a contract on understanding landline cost was included, now it turns out I am being billed an additional cost...not happy!!!

@mikeg1903 the landline can be included for a cost as it’s service provided and you might pay for calls or you might have a call allowance depending on what you chose.

Landline is billed as an add-on to the BB. Unlike BB it is on a 30-day notice rolling contract.
