Contract issue, EE charges what it likes

Hi, I signed up for a contract on understanding landline cost was included, now it turns out I am being billed an additional cost...not happy!!!

@mikeg1903  the landline can be included for a cost as it’s service provided and you might pay for calls or you might have a call allowance depending on what you chose. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

We know how important it is for you to know what will be happening with your bills. Do you have a copy of your contract, so you can see if your landline was included when you agreed your new plan?

Landline is billed as an add-on to the BB. Unlike BB it is on a 30-day notice rolling contract.
