Resolved! PAYG SIM stopped working. New SIM doesn't work either

Hi allOld Orange PAYG SIM stopped working. Not working in other phones either. EE confirmed over the phone account is active and in credit. New SIM was sent but problem persists. I don't want to lose this number. Could anyone help please? Thank you

I CAN'T RING OUT EVEN CAN'T SEND A TEXT MSG AND WHEN I TRY TO RING MY MOBILE ALL I GET IS ENGAGED TONE I'VE TRIED TO SEND A  TEXT TO 150 VM OFF AND ALL I GET IS UNABLE TO SEND MSG

Resolved! Getting old number back

I recently (last couple months) got a new EE sim with a better deal and I was wondering if I could get my old phone number back from my previous EE sim. It has proved to be more difficult than I had first thought. Can anyone offer advice on this?
