Hi @Jade981
Welcome to the community. 🙂
Do you already have an Apple Music subscription through Apple directly or have you recently cancelled one with them?

I cancelled with them last year but now I have the smart benefits with my contract

Hi @Jade981
Thanks for coming back to us.
Could you check your subscriptions, do you have Apple Music showing?
Also, did you receive a text from 150 to set up your Apple Music Smart Benefit?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

I have just check my subscriptions I only have Apple TV on it as I set that up 2 days ago as it is also 1 of my smart benefits.
I did text MUSIC to 150 and it said “
Looks like you already have Apple Music as one of your Smart Benefits.
To change your Smart Benefits, text PICK to 150”
Thanks

Thanks for checking @Jade981
What happens when you try and play songs?
Are you using the same Apple ID you had set up previously?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Could you try signing out of Apple Music and back in again?
Does this happen with all songs?
Leanne.

Thanks @Jade981
I would suggest having a chat with Apple, to see if they can suggest anything else for you to try so you can listen to the songs.
Let me know how you get on 🙂
Leanne.
