Hi, somebody I know has a line on my account. The account is solely in my name, the individual (who worked for EE) just used the number. This person had a disciplinary last year. EE gave personal details from my account and even read out transcripts from calls made from MY number, not the other individual’s number. The content from some of these calls were completely confidential and contained information that the other person didn’t know about me. Is this allowed?

To whom? To the internal disciplinary hearing? That's not public. Even so, why did they need your details, when the matter involved his words over your line?

Yeah my details were shared in the disciplinary hearing. I should have added that the disciplinary was completely unrelated to myself or my account.

Complain to the ICO if you feel your personal data was miss used.
Thanks
