Service Above and Beyond

In a time when companies put customer satisfaction at the bottom of their priority list due to Covid, Dean xxxxxxxxxx has gone way above and beyond to provide help even though not his job. 

 

As a longstanding EE customer I was feeling particularly let down again by EE and so I called to cancel my contract but accidentally got through to the Upgrade Team.  Dean managed to rectify the problem, he called back with updates and therefore kept me as an EE customer.  He is such a credit to the EE team and I just wanted to give him a massive shout out.  

 

Well done Dean xxxxxxxxxx, you are an absolute star 😇 👏
