EE Perks access

Hi,

trying to access EE perks to get a code. Can’t access the account even though we have updated password etc. Overdue an upgrade and been trying to sort his for weeks

150 customer service couldn’t help. Any ideas how to get a 20% discount code ?

The EE perks account says it has been deactivated, but unable to reapply as it knows the email address. 
I had booked a phone call for today between 10-10:30am , which also hasn’t happened.
