ee perk discount

I work for the nhs and used my nhs email account for the perk email, but comming back to work i have found due to lack of use the email i was using has been deleted, ive tried to go on the perk site to register my works badge but it wont let me saying i have already registered with my works email ..is there anything i can do ?
