I sent my phone to be traded in 11 days ago and received confirmation from the post office that it was received on the 20/12. I know it’s been Christmas but I’m now receiving texts from EE that the trade in discount is being taken off my account. 
does anyone know if this will be added back on once the look at it? Is there a delay? Or have they just lost my phone ?:(

Hi @graceParker2 ,

 

I highly recommend to save a screenshot of the Post Office confirmation and perhaps also save as PDF so that you have evidence it was delivered.

 

You should probably contact EE as soon as possible so that the trade-in is successful and you do not lose money through no fault of your own.
