I CAN'T RING OUT EVEN CAN'T SEND A TEXT MSG AND WHEN I TRY TO RING MY MOBILE ALL I GET IS ENGAGED TONE I'VE TRIED TO SEND A  TEXT TO 150 VM OFF AND ALL I GET IS UNABLE TO SEND MSG

Do you have a signal showing on the device ?

 

Are you on contract or PAYG ?  

 

What phone is it ?

Firstly, please make sure that you do not type all in capitals, as it is regarded as shouting, thank you.

 

How long ago have you used your phone? Are you on pay as you go or contract? If on pay as you go, do you have enough credit?

 

Have you also tried re-booting your phone?

Glad you got it sorted. For the benefit of others who may read this thread and be seeking advice, what was the resolution?

i just turned my phone of and rebooted it .
