Resolved! Can't send or receive MMS messages

Hi, I don't be able to send or receive MMS messages (photos, voicenotes etc.). I have MMS enabled on my phone but when I send a voicenote or photo it says "Message not sent: Service not activated on network".Hope someone can help

Sim activation

How can I activate my sim? I already purchased a monthly pack, but I can make any calls nor send text, and I also can’t receive any. And don’t know how to contact customer service. I tried activating the sim myself, through App EE but it didn’t work....
