Resolved! Can’t link number to ee account

I’ve just transferred from a business plan to pay as you go and tried linking my phone number (number didn’t get changed) to my ee account and it comes up with an error. I can’t top up my sim without the number being on an account

EE have finally connected my orange branded sim card to 4G, this means i will still be able to use mobile data after 3G is turned off. it would have been a very bad data usage experience if i had to use 2G
