HHi, I bought a sim only pack a few days ago and as a promotion, I should have 20GB instead of 8GB. However, the extra 12GB doesn't show in my account. What should I do?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
