PayG Pack Data Rollover

Wam2000
Visitor

Hi,

Month 1: I bought one of the more expensive packs with 100GB+ of data.

Month 2: I bought the £5 pack… my previous data rolled over - still had 100GB+ of data to use - and I am given an extra 250MB from my new £5 pack. Hardly used any data. With one day to go I still had 100GB+ to use.

Month 3: My £5 pack renews and I am told I have a new “250MB to use in the UK for up to 30 days” and that I also “have a Data Rollover of 250MB from your last pack”.

Why has my 100GB+ of data disappeared? Why has it not rolled over? I started on PayG because I understood that ALL data would roll over.

Thanks.

Hi @Wam2000,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Any rollover data will only last for the duration of the pack you're using, it won't rollover a second time.
