Data working, but NO calls or SMS / verification codes

Hi,
My mobile data works fine and I have an active pack, but Voice and SMS are completely down:
* Callers hear a busy tone when calling me.
* I cannot receive any SMS or OTP verification codes from third-party apps.
I’ve already tried restarting, toggling Airplane mode, and enabling VoLTE, but nothing helped.
It seems like my SIM’s voice/SMS provisioning is stuck. Could you please refresh/reset my SIM services on the backend?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
