I have a iPhone 12 I’m on pay as you go I have a valid pack my phone won’t load anything off my mobile data I have to be connected to WiFi it won’t work on my mobile data I suffer mental health Iv tried the settings shoved to me on google still no good I have tried go onto a live chat with ee I cannot find the option can someone help me please many thanks

There is no Live Chat on PAYG.

Hi @Emmag1978,

It sounds like having a working data connection is very important for you.

I'd recommened checking that your data is turned on, if you head to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data it should state 'On'

Are you able to make and receive calls and texts?
