I I got a free sim from ee but when I put it into my phone I got a message saying I’ve bout a 10£ pack?

”Welcome to EE. Thanks for buying a £10 pack, it'll come out of your credit as soon as you use your phone. It gives you 500 minutes, unlimited texts, and 8GB of data. Visit ee.co.uk/payg for information on managing your account, or ee.co.uk/paygservice for the main elements of your service. Thanks.”

i don’t know how I’m being charged, when I have no linked bank accounts. I haven’t even been able to link my number to my ee account. I don’t know what’s happened or what I should do

@Mm-mm : You've got that PAYG SIM for free. It comes primed with a £10 pack but you can't use it until you top it up by at least £10 in order to buy that pack.

Hmm but I can still use the mobile data and stuff on it. Ur I haven’t topped it up with 10£ yet? I haven’t even connected an account or bank account

How much data have you used? You get a small initial data allowance to kick off with.

You don't need to register an EE a/c or a bank card to use PAYG.

I’m not sure. I’ve only just put the sim in. I just don’t want to be charged or sent an invoice lol

You're never be charged or sent an invoice on PAYG LOL. It's entirely in your hands when you top it up with your money.
