£10 pack but no 20GB as advertised...

I picked up a sim, loaded it with £10 but only 5GB. It was advertised on the front of the pack as £10 pack, 20GB of data. How to I activate this?

@Jimmy36 : Look at your add-ons. You get the normal 5GB £10 pack with the residue 15GB as a data add-on you can use when the initial 5GB is exhausted.
