Order a SIM card abroad

I like to order a SIM card for my phone to use when in the UK and using Pay as You Go. Only they deliver only to a UK address? or can it also be ordered for a address outside the UK? Costermserives is unreachable by an error as I called.

Going Abroad for 3 months

HiI'm going Abroad for 3 months does it need to top up £10 for every month because I don't need to use Sim data or call n text etc.?Secondly if I don't top up then my Sim card will Blocked or active?Please guide me.Thank you
