Hi all. I'm brand new to EE & using just the sim card i picked up in a shop! So far, I'm horrified & disgusted as this is my very 1st experience/ impression of EE & it's all been terrible so far. Tried ringing them yesterday & got through to customer services to only be told it was for contract services only & therefore I would have to use the app, so I  installed app & topped up £15 for unlimited texts/calls & 25GB data. After I expected an email verifying what 30 days subscription pack I've chosen & it literally only says I've topped up £15 & No details of subscription pack in email at all! Today I've received several texts to say I'm out of GB data (Not even 24 hrs since I set it up) even though I've only used this sim to make one 4 second call so far  that went to voicemail &  I hung up (costing 40p apparently as I checked my usage on EE app & that's all it lists) & I made sure my data was off as I was using my WiFi all yesterday & today.  Another text says I've topped up an additional £10 top up too! (which I know I have NOT topped up again) as it's complete news to me that all these free mins, txts & data are all gone in less than 24hrs! Ive checked my bank & only 1 payment of £15 is showing so far! I have No clue what is going on & Customer service is closed! Any advice is appreciated, thanks Ray.
