Did u solve this as I've got a similar problem..topped up with £40 but only £20 credit showing on my account..the £40 has come out of my bank account

If yes, could £20 have went towards this?

I have an £40 active unlimited data pack with 15 hours left on it. I wanted to purchase a new 30 day unlimited data pack before this one ran out..as I had trouble topping up last time after my data had expired.

It's not a sim in a phone it's in a wifi dongle..so I can't text from it
