Hiya, I’ve just upgraded to a contract phone and I previously had a pay as you go sim in my second hand phone bought elsewhere. How do I cancel my pay as you go £10 a month set up to make sure i’m only paying my monthly contract payments now? Or does it do it automatically?

Thanku !

@j0yball  Just stop the payment for the PAYG.  It’ll not stop on its own otherwise.   Only a contract upgrade will change the payment not a PAYG to a contract.

But did you keep your number to the new contract?  As this will stop any payments for the PAYG ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you converted your PAYG SIM into a pay-monthly one, then the PAYG is auto-cancelled as a matter of course.

Text STOP PACK to 150 from the PAYG SIM if it's still active.
