Phone delivery to store

I ordered a phone on 27.09.26 and I have not had any communication that it has been dispatched and no updates when I track order.

I was told it would be dispatched within 24 hours.

The dispatch message will come from our courier company, usually the night before and morning of delivery. 

If you let us know which phone you ordered (including memory size and colour) we'll check our stock levels for you.
