I ordered a Pixel 11 Pro XL, and as a promotion, there was an offer of a £250 voucher towards a Google laptop.
I received the phone, 14 days later, I received the voucher... Only for some reason, I can't use it. The error "This voucher code cannot be redeemed at this time"
The guides said I need to go in store to use it, but the instructions tell me to simply log on, choose a laptop from 4, and enter my voucher code.
Why give me a voucher I cannot use?
