I have a subscription pack so should I be able to get & use 5G when it and about as it does not seem to be available to me when others on EE in the same location are using the service?

PAYG sim advice

I need to get a replacement sim for one which hibernated and is now invalid.  It needs to be one that is only topped up as required and not a subscription pack.  It is for a Doro phone used by my parents for emergency use, so no data etc is required....

Resolved! Chargeable activity - Reload

Hi,Is reload (top-up) alone is considered as an chargeable activity? I would like to keep my line active beyond 179 days and thought of just reloading it before it hits 179 days.
