Cannot make calls from Spain, just 3 beeps and then cut off

Phone calls

Hi - I can’t make phone calls on my phone. Wi-Fi enabled call are working though. I can’t call EE and the message system is down. I can’t find a chat line. Is there another way of contacting them? IThanks
