@johnjack21 : Login to your MyEE account online & go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Call Abroad and Premium Rate. It will show as ticked if calling abroad is activated. If not ticked, can you activate this setting?

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a free add-on that anyone, on PAYG or contract, can apply for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. See The Free CALL ABROAD Add-on for Cheap Calls/Texts from UK .

Jon

I am having this problem since changing my phone.  I have a txt message from EE on 5th April saying Roaming has been added to my account, but my calls to France/Spain are blocked.

@carynforster , are you in the UK, making calls to France/Spain, or are you abroad trying to make calls?

You need to make sure that call abroad, roaming and premium calls are enabled.

Roaming is when you are abroad not in the UK.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@carynforster : When you are in UK calling overseas you are not roaming. Please look at my previous reply as to what you should do.
